Service
NYCGateCheck provides a free preliminary screening of NYC storefront security gates against the 70% visibility rule (NYC Admin Code §10-169). Screening results are informational and not a legal compliance certification.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will prevent fines, citations, or enforcement actions. Final responsibility for compliance lies with the property owner or business operator.
Lead routing
By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by NYCGateCheck and, where applicable, a security gate contractor we route your lead to. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing hello@nycgatecheck.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYCGateCheck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or any contractor referral.
